AN ASSET-SUPPLY TRANSACTION

The asset you need.
A price you know.

Amanah Barakah is built around the purchase and supply of a real productive asset. Rather than advancing a loan to you, TFSEG acquires the asset you select and supplies it under an agreed deferred-sale arrangement.

01 / ASSET FIRST

A real purchase and supply

Identify the asset and supplier. TFSEG purchases the approved asset before supplying it to you under the agreed arrangement.

02 / PRICE CERTAINTY

One agreed purchase price

The deferred sale price and payment schedule are established before you sign, rather than being recalculated each month.

03 / YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Choose what you pay today

Explore contributions of 0%, 10%, 20% or 30% of the asset’s cash price, subject to eligibility and approval.

04 / CLEAR COMPLETION

Own the asset outright

There is no residual or balloon payment in the illustrated structure. Complete the agreed payments and contractual obligations to own the asset outright.

THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE TRANSACTION You are purchasing an asset on agreed deferred-sale terms—not drawing down a cash loan.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Know the arrangement
before you sign.

Am I receiving a cash loan?

No. Under the described Amanah Barakah structure, TFSEG purchases the selected asset and supplies it to you at an agreed deferred sale price. You are not drawing down a cash loan.

Can I choose my contribution and payment period?

The quotation models contributions of 0%, 10%, 20% and 30%, with payment periods of 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. Availability and final terms are subject to assessment and approval.

Will my monthly payment change?

The agreed purchase price and monthly schedule are fixed at signing under the described arrangement. The calculator provides an illustration before any final documentation is executed.

Is there a balloon or residual payment at the end?

No. The illustrated Amanah Barakah structure has no residual or balloon amount to settle at maturity. Complete the agreed payments and contractual obligations to own the asset outright.

Can I switch between KES and USD?

You can prepare a separate quotation in either currency. A KES transaction is priced, supplied and paid in KES; a USD transaction is priced, supplied and paid in USD. The calculator does not convert a quotation between currencies or eliminate exchange-rate exposure outside the transaction.

Does the quoted price include insurance and delivery?

Insurance is excluded and separately quoted. Registration, delivery, tracking, conversion and similar costs are also quoted separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

Does every asset qualify?

No. TFSEG assesses the asset, customer, supplier and proposed transaction. The calculator is illustrative and does not establish eligibility or approval.
